Marco's episode outlines live in Obsidian. Before recording he needs three numbers: the two indices his listeners ask about, and the yield everyone pretends not to watch. His market page shows forty, wrapped in ads and autoplaying videos.
What he crops
A 520×90 pixel strip — the three rows he reads out loud on air. Cropping is his filter: the widget physically cannot show him the noise.
How it sits in his notes

coverso it fills a narrow sidebar block edge to edge. - Embed it in his Obsidian vault with an iframe in a Markdown note.
- Refresh every 10 minutes during recording days, off otherwise — the interval is per widget, so the strip sleeps when he does.

"I used to keep a browser tab open and alt-tab every few minutes. Now the numbers live inside the outline, next to the sentence where I mention them. My attention stopped leaking."
